Christmas On Las Olas 2024 - Vendor Booth Information
December 3, 2024 - 5pm to 10pm
Vendors will be provided with one 10 x 10 booth space, which includes one 10 x 10 white tent, one 6ft. Table and two chairs (you may use your own branded tent if you let us know in advance).
Vendor will provide a gift certificate (We request a minimum of $50 value) for the event's silent auction, with proceeds going to local charities.
Liability Insurance certificate must be provided, naming the Las Olas Association and the City of Fort Lauderdale as additional insured.
Booth Night Specifics:
Simple strand lights ONLY to be plugged into median
NO alcohol is to be served or sold.
Booth MUST be ready to go at 5pm and manned from 5pm-10pm on event day.
Vendor will supply all extension cords.
Additional power needs are your responsibility (oven, microwaves, computers, TV, refrigeration). Our medians cannot accommodate large power needs over 12V. Generators are permitted.
YOU MAY NOT UNPLUG TREE LIGHTING TO ACHIEVE POWER
Booth placement will be sent by Friday, November 29, 2024 (the day after Thanksgiving) and any booth space requests will be honored in the order in which they have been reserved (first come, first served).
Purchase will serve as confirmation of the above.
Sponsorship is only confirmed with remittance of payment.
*Event goes on rain or shine. No refunds. All sales are final.
